Preparation

  2. If using fresh corn, grill it until slightly charred, then cut the kernels off the cob.

  2. Add the shredded chicken, corn, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the bowl with the dressing. Gently toss everything together until the salad is evenly coated.
