  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the teriyaki sauce. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes to soak up the flavors.
  2. While the chicken marinates, soak the skewers in water if they are wooden. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Assembly and Cooking
  1. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables for a colorful presentation.
  2. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
  3. Remove from the grill, let it cool for a few minutes, and enjoy delicious, juicy teriyaki skewers!
