Preparation
  1. If you haven’t already, cook your chicken breast by boiling or baking until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Stir until fully blended, then season with salt and pepper.
Combining
  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the tzatziki dressing. Ensure all pieces of chicken are well-coated.
Assembly
  1. Place mixed greens on a serving platter or individual bowls.
  2. Top with the tzatziki chicken mixture.
  3. Optionally, garnish with additional dill or a sprinkle of paprika for color and serve immediately.

Notes

This salad is best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Add greens just before serving to maintain their crispness. For alternative versions, consider plant-based yogurt or add sliced avocado.
