Assembly

- In a bowl, mix the chopped lettuce with the Caesar dressing, ensuring every leaf is coated in creamy goodness.
- To assemble, lay some lettuce on each tortilla, followed by the chicken strips and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Cut in half, if desired, and serve immediately.
